Standard Documents
1. Bill of Lading / Airway Bill — proof of shipment
2. Commercial Invoice — product details and pricing
3. Packing List — quantity and weight details
4. Certificate of Origin — verifies Indian origin
Food Safety Documents
4. Phytosanitary Certificate — issued by India's plant protection authority; certifies products are pest-free
5. Fumigation Certificate — certifies pest-free packaging (required by most countries)
6. Lab Test Reports — from SGS, Bureau Veritas, or EIC-authorized labs
Organic-Specific Documents
7. Transaction Certificate (TC) — issued by your organic certifier for each shipment
8. Organic Certificate — NPOP, EU Organic, or USDA NOP depending on your market
Country-Specific Requirements
- EU: Requires EU Organic TC from LACON or equivalent
- USA: USDA NOP certification required
- Japan: JAS organic certification
- Middle East: HALAL certificate + standard food safety docs
