EcoPoly is a business-to-business (B2B) exporter. Products listed on this website are offered for bulk/wholesale export supply and not for retail consumer sale. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are indicative; the agreed specification for any transaction is the one stated in our written quotation, proforma invoice, or sales contract.

• All quotations are valid only for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to change thereafter. • An order becomes binding only when confirmed by EcoPoly in writing (order confirmation or proforma invoice) and, where applicable, on receipt of the agreed advance payment. • Quality is as per agreed specifications or approved samples. Minor natural variations in colour, aroma, and texture inherent to agricultural products are acceptable and do not constitute a defect.

• Prices are quoted in the currency and on the Incoterms® (e.g. FOB, CIF) stated in the quotation or proforma invoice. • Payment terms are as agreed per transaction — for example advance payment by bank transfer or secure online payment, balance against documents, or Letter of Credit (L/C). • Online payments on this website and our buyer portal are processed securely by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We do not store your card, banking, or UPI details on our servers. • All bank charges outside India are to the buyer's account unless agreed otherwise. • Ownership of goods passes to the buyer as per the agreed Incoterms® and upon receipt of full payment where applicable.

Product samples may be provided free of cost or against a sample fee, as communicated for each request. Sample fees, where charged, cover the product and handling; courier charges may be billed separately. Samples represent typical production quality; commercial shipments are supplied per the agreed specification.

Shipping, delivery timelines, and risk transfer are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and the Incoterms® agreed for each order. Delivery timelines quoted are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, vessel/flight availability, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellations and refunds — including refunds of online payments made through Razorpay — are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on this website.

EcoPoly is APEDA registered and FSSAI licensed. Product-specific certifications (e.g. organic certification) are stated per product and available on request. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the products comply with the import regulations of the destination country before ordering.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoPoly's liability for any claim arising out of a transaction shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, port congestion, government action, or other events beyond reasonable control).

These terms and all transactions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu, India, unless a different arbitration or jurisdiction clause is expressly agreed in a sales contract.
